Three people are killed and 35 injured in a 52-car pile up on a fog-covered German motorway.
The crash occurred on Friday night near the city of Muenster in western Germany, over a stretch of autobahn 31.
Hundreds of emergency workers rushed to the scene and a 10-km stretch of motorway was closed.
