Bearing Witness: Paul Brannen says tax can replace aid budget

Christian Aid's head of Advocacy and Influence , Paul Brannen, said the organisation wanted to see an end to the aid budget in the long-term. It said countries could stand on their own two feet if there was tax justice. He was speaking at a Christian Aid campaigning event in Manchester on Saturday October 1.
