Leek and sweet Potato soup - Soupe de poireaux et patates douces

Une soupe classique, revisitée par mes soins avec l'adjonction de patates douces ("sweet potatoes" ou parfois "yams" mais à ne pas confondre avec l'igname) pour leur gout sucré. Il ne faut pas hésiter à assaisonner ce plat, j'utilise du poivre du sichuan pour celà. La recette en français est ici:

A classic soup with a twist here: I have added a sweet potato for their taste. This dish calls for a extra-seasonning in my opinion, which is why I used szechuan peppercorns.
