The Dirty 9s began life in January 2005 playing in a kitchen to some very tired and emotional party goers. The band is based around the songwriting partnership of singer Fergal Moloney and guitarist Cian McCarthy.
As well as getting great reviews from Hotpress the band have also appeared on late night chat with Tom Brannigan 98FM, Fios Feasa Raidio Na Life, The Soup with Aidan Lonergan Anna Livia Fm, Splanc Newstalk, Open Mic FM104, and Irish Nighlife WLR FM.
The Dirty 9s will be playing Radio City on Saturday July 5th. Entry on the night will only be a Euro! There will also be copies of our EP 'Can you Keep a Secret?' being given out.
Doors will be at 8pm and Radio City is located just across from the Busáras bus station on Store Street.
