More than 30 killed in Russia plane crash
A Russian passenger plane has crashed shortly after take-off in Siberia.
At least 31 of the 43 people on board have been killed. Survivors are in a serious condition.
Officials say contact was lost with the twin-engine, turbo-prop aircraft just over three minutes after take-off.
