One Arm Handstand Work - Start of May 2012
I've put such an insane amount of work into the one arm handstand. It is easily the most challenging skill I've ever worked. I know I still have a tremendous amount of work to do.
There have been ups and downs in training, but here are some clips from the past week. I still tend to twist out of the left OAHS too much, so I refrained from including it here, instead just showing the right side which is a bit cleaner.
All the help from Yuval Avalon has helped tremendously over the past 6 months, and I want to do him proud and continue to improve.
The other thing that has helped - improved mobility! I can't stress enough how important it is to have adequate mobility in the shoulders.
