Direct from 1985, it's Stack-Up, an anti-game about manipulating R.O.B. to do your bidding. As long as your bidding is to shift pieces of foam plastic around. Who knows, maybe some homebrew maven will create a version of this game that actually tracks where each block is and not leave it to you, the player, to "press start to win."
