Jesse 'Boots Electric' Hughes freed from influence Josh Homme

Jesse Hughes made three rock & roll records as Eagles Of Death Metal alongside Queens Of The Stone Age frontman Josh Homme. His first solo album as Boots Electric, Honkey Kong, will be released on September 20, 2011. In a memorable encounter full of razor sharp quotes, Hughes explains the current situation. "Eagles Of Death Metal is a phenomenon onto itself. It's inexplicable to me and Joshua. This album is my time to go: don't look at anyone else but me. Joshua is my mentor, I'm the Sorceror's Apprentice, and this is my final exam."
