The last rites of ace cinematographer Ashok Mehta were performed here Friday afternoon. Mehta, who passed away Aug 15 following lung cancer, was cremated around 1.30 p.m. at the Municipal Hindu Smashan Bhoomi in Santa Cruz. He was 65. A bevy of Bollywood celebrities was present to pay their last respect to one of the country's best cinematographer.
