Obama Draws Red Line over The Use of Chemical Weapons in Syria

Bush was concerned over Saddam's weapons infrastructure, the ability to produce WMD that could fall into the hands of terrorist. As far as I know Syria does not have the ability to produce WMD so these are probably chemical shells acquired from Saddam Hussien that are now going to be used on or could fall into the hands of the Syrian rebels (Muslim Brotherhood)
