VFX Short Film - ANIMAL WAR

Animal War. Pretty much the most random thing I've created. I filmed these two guys up in the mountains about two years ago. They literally were so friendly they crawled into our laps. Anyways, this was made by using After Effects's tracking feature, where I tracked the heads of the marmots and added helmets. I also did quite a bit of compositing- including cannons, a sign (did you see it?), dozens of explosions, and rockets. The rockets were the most interesting to figure out how to replicate, comment if you would like a tutorial. I used final cut for final editing and sound design with 60+ audio channels (get some HD speakers- this video has some BASS!!). This was a fun project piecing together video clips and adding voices (aka screaming in a british accent at my mike). Hope you enjoy it and please feel free to share it with your friends!
