This Workout is Ideal for your daily routine. If you do this you dont need to do any other workout. You can do this in your home without any equipment. It is inexpensive and free.

This is a Six Pack Ab Workout. Its a hundred rep cycle. You can do one cycle and then mix it up with other exercises or you can do multiple cycles depending on your fitness level and ability. It has variations of ab exercises which will work out all your muscles in that region giving you a complete six pack look.
