U.S. President Barack Obama arrives in Florida Monday ahead of the third and final Presidential debate.

The stage is set at Lynn University in Boca Raton.

Nicaraguan born graduate student Tammy Reyes will base her vote on what she hears.

"The issues that they're going to be speaking about are foreign policy issues. So definitely all the issues that they're going to be talking about indirectly or directly affect me and my family and my country so I want to hear what they have to say to make my decision based on that."

Media outlets from around the world have descended the campus to cover the debate.

Debate organizers have said that at least 3,000 press passes have been issued, more than both previous debates.

Most polls show Obama tied with rival Mitt Romney. With millions of people in the U.S. and around the world watching, both candidates will look to break the tie.
