In an attempt to simultaneously capitalize on a long-running, brilliant UK comic, the superhero-movie craze, and the movie-going audience's apparent tolerance for reboots, we've got a new Judge Dredd movie on our hands. With the always-awesome Urban on board as the man himself, and rumours that he never (rightly) takes the helmet off, a 2000 A.D.-loving Matt is already seeing hope for this indie, but Nat has no frame of reference for Judge Dredd other than Sly's abysmal 1995 turn in the role. Poor girl.
