Canada brings tougher anti-cannabis laws

Across Canada, people have been learning how to grow and use marijuana, legally, for medical purposes. At the same time, the country is bringing in tougher anti-cannabis laws. Al Jazeera's Daniel Lak reports from Toronto, Canada.
