Cops File Report Starting Child Abuse Investigation Over Lil Poopy Videos

Lil Poopy, a "Cocaine Cowboy," is a 9 year-old rapper. He's in the fourth grade. While the argument over his videos and their adult themes have been going on for a while, some cops from his hometown in Brockton Massachusetts watched them, and decided to do something about it.
