Trophy vs. Raytheon contractor

This bit of news is from MSNBC via Keith Olbermann regarding TROPHY- (something that could save US Soldiers lives) and why the US Government refuses to use this technology just so they can have their "contractor", Raytheon manufacture this which might not be ready for another 5 years!
