Charles Sincock has a BEng in Aerospace Engineering and subsequently achieved Chartered status as a Mechanical Engineer. Sincock continued his studies at Cranfield School of Management, where he gained a Master of Business Administration in 2005.
After graduating, Sincock took a role with Bank of America, where he worked in infrastructure, manufacturing, retail and media, before taking a role as an Investment Banker with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, where he worked in mid-market mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance brokering and financial advisory services.
In 2008, Sincock became a Principal at SF Partners, where he focused on industrial infrastructure investments within the UK, and in 2016 he joined Capco, where he remains today.
Charles Sincock is a Managing Principal (Global Mergers & Acquisitions) at the company, a role that sees him focus on large deal negotiations, as well as financially shaping and structuring acquisitions.
