2DAY Duo is a part of GoodMood Music company founded by Malgorzata Podolak

Malgorzata Podolak began her formal musical training as a little girl in Zamosc,Poland, where she was born . Moving onto secondary school in Lublin , she added piano and conducting to her training . After graduating with honours from the Academy of Music in Krakow ,she continued her formal training by participating in many international master classes taught by world renowned musicians ; Michael Schwalbe (Concertmaster of the legendary Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra)and Grigori Zhislin (the Russian violinist) to name just two.
Having won a competition for the role,she spent some time in Egypt as the Concertmaster of the Cairo Symphony Orchestra before returning to Poland to take up the position of Concertmaster of the Krakow Radio and Television Symphony Orchestra.She remained in that position until , in 1994 , the Polish Government disbanded the Orchestra. Thereafter she played with the National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice before deciding to broaden her international experience.She worked with the Orchestra de Galicia in Spain and Peru.In 1995 ,in Lima Peru , she had the great honour of leading the orchestra playing for Luciano Pavarotti.Her travels have taken her all over the world playing in many international music festivals.
As well as live performances,she has played for many recordings ,working with Polish Radio and Television, EMI Records , Conifer Records , Vienna Modern Masters and King Records in Japan.She has played on several soundtracks including compositions by Wojciech Kilar , Jan Kanty Pawluskiewicz and for the film Three Colours Blue.
