WCP Action Sports was inspired by a World Champion athlete and his love for his bike. Growing up in the violence of the City of Compton, the founder of WCP used BMX Racing as a way to see the world and experience its people.
In January 2006, this World Champion BMXer teamed up with a PHD trained professional in Sports Psychology to launch WCP. This marked the beginnings of Team WCP, a first-of-its-kind professional media team made up of a top athlete and an expert trained on the psyche of the athlete.
