Goldust's glorious - and unexpected - return at the 2002 Rumble! The Bizarre One was not actually under contract with company during this time, as this was originally planned to be a one-shot deal. But then when the crowd reacted so positively, he was called in the following night on Raw to iron out a long-term contract.
