Lights Out review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Lights Out from Tiger Electronics for the game.com. It's crazy to think Lights Out was released in 1997. Add some color and throw on a back light, and this game would fit right in on the Nintendo DS. The puzzles are awesome, the controls are fantastic, the game just screams Touch Generations a decade before Nintendo coined the term. But in addition to being innovative and forward thinking, Lights Out is a really fun puzzler. You have a grid full of black squares, and each puzzle lights up a selection of them. It's your job to tap the newly lit squares and ensure the grid is completely lights out...which gets incredibly challenging. This video review features video gameplay footage of Lights Out for the game.com and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
