6 yr old boy assaulted by an adult #MacPd responds 2 hours later

The officers left and the assailant was not arrested even though there were at least 4 eye witnesses. The victim was very scared but not visibly hurt other than maybe a skinned knee. The father of the assailant is also a former police officer in Dallas Or. about 30 minutes outside Mcminnville.
