Weak hips often lead to back pain.

Do this test: stand on one leg, bend the knee about 30 degrees and look down. When looking down, your knee should sit between your first and second toe. A sign of weakness is if the knee sits at the inside of your great toe.

The 7 ways hip exercise is a great exercise for home. No probs required just a bit of stamina!
