Since my previous video was rejected, i am trying this upload. The above mentioned denomination appears to be a pseudonym for the High Steppers, who were a studio band of the Crown label, led by pianist Russ Carlson. Although these are practically forgotten musicians, no concessions were made when it came to quality. The present recording was made in 1931. Lovely vocal by Elmer Feldkamp. Further personnel (kindly confirmed by somerset 45): Russ Carlson, piano; Mannie Klein, trumpet; Larry Binyon, tenor sax; Toni Parenti, clarinet and Miff Mole, trombone. Although the vocal is uncredited, one can tell we are hearing Bill Coty.
