This short film shows you the proper and safe way to perform Rear Delt Flys. The rear delt is located in the back of your shoulder. It is probably the mosst over looked musclein the entire sport of bodybuilding. the rear delt should be almost a mirror reflection of your front delt so that you look balanced. Since most upper body exercises use the front delt, it is important that we perform exercises like the rear delt fly to enhance not only our shoulders, but our total upper bodies as well.
