The Frontal Raise

This short film shows you the proper and safe way to perform Frontal Raises. The frontal, or front raise is meant to isolate the front or anterier section of tthe shoulder known as the anterier deltoid or front delt. The front delt is crucial to most upper body exercises like the bench bress and military or shoulder press. Without strong shoulders we would not be able to develop properly, and the front raise helps to strengthen our shoulders well.
