Cherokee - Carlings 1996
In a 1996 concert from a jazzclub in Rendburg Germany the Carlings switch instruments and style of music. Hans from piano to trumpet, Gerd from trombone to piano and Gunhild from trumpet to trombone.
After quite a bebop oriented trumpet solo by Hans, Gunhild sings a chorus followed by some strong piano playing by Gerd, a short solo by Ulf and an all out end chorus. Somewhat of a style change, but, amazingly as it is, these wonderful talents don’t seem to have any problem with that.
