Unfettered Voices
A video clip designed by animators of Village Community Development Association (VCDA) in Pune (Maharashtra, India) in 1996, showing instance of women in rural communities speaking out in public.
Camera work by Bernard Bel in collaboration with Guy Poitevin and Hema Rairkar.
Original vido tapes were Hi-8. Editing was done with the help of Macintosh SE running VideoDirector software connected with a Sony Hi-8 desk recorder.
