Lingaa Climax To Be Shot With Massive Sets in Karnataka

A source revealed that film’s climax would be shot at Shimoga where a giant statue of Lord Shiva would be erected along with sets of the dam. Rumours are rife that Thalaiva will be playing the chief engineer of controversial Mullaiperiyar dam. Producer Rockline Venkatesh has been tight lipped about the shooting schedules in order to avoid unexpected fan frenzy at the sets as it happened in Mysore.
With the shooting in full swing, the music release of Lingaa is slated for this Diwali and the film will release on Kochadaiiyaan star’s birthday. Like in Mysore, will Rajini mania catch the residents of Shimoga too?
