Maria Goretti loves baking the queen of cakes, Red Velvet Cake. Don't be scared by the name, this recipe is really simple and easy to prepare as Maria explains it to you. To make this cake, you will require the following things:

RED VELVET BROWNIE CHEESE CAKE RECIPE

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
200 gm castor sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup chocolate shavings
2 tsp red food coloring
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
A pinch of salt
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
90 gm cup all-purpose flour
1 medium size beetroot - Grated
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese at room temperature
50 gm white sugar
1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

METHOD
Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
Whisk melted butter with 1 cup sugar in a large mixing bowl;
Then stir cocoa, red food coloring, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, vinegar, and salt into butter mixture, one at a time, mixing well after each addition break an egg , whisk it a bit and add to the mixture until thoroughly combined.
Mix the 2nd egg with Vanilla , whisk and add to the mixture.
Stir flour into cocoa mixture just until combined;
Keep a table spoon of the batter aside
Pour remaining batter into the prepared baking dish.

For the Cream Cheese batter:

Beat cream cheese in a bowl
Add sugar, 1 egg, and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract into cream cheese until very well blended

Layering the Cake:
Spoon cream cheese mixture over the batter in pan; Drizzle reserved batter over the dollops of cream cheese mixture. Drag a fork through the batter and cream cheese mixture to create swirls.

Bake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for 30 MINUTES.
Le the cake cool completely before cutting it.
