Vindaloo is actually a Portuguese dish made up of pork marinated in wine and garlic. The best part about the recipe is that it has multiple variants. In this video, Maria Goretti prepares Mutton Vindaloo. Maria Goretti is making Mutton Vindaloo for you in a traditional way. Ingredients used in preparing Mutton Vindaloo:
· 1 kg Mutton
· 6 tbsp Vindaloo Masala
· 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
· 2 Onions ( Finely Sliced )
· Salt as per requirement
· Coriander Leaves
How to make Mutton Vindaloo:
1. Marinate 1 kg of mutton with 6 tbsp of East Indian Vindaloo Masala and keep it for atleast 3 hours. To grab the recipe of East Indian Vindaloo Masala, Click Here :http://goo.gl/QHyWqW
2.Pour 3 tbsp of vegetableoil in the pan and add finely sliced onion into it and fry it for 7 minutes.
3.Add the marinated mutton to it and allow it to cook for 25 minutes. Also add required amount of water, salt and oil to it.
4.Finally Garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves.
