Water
2 Cups Uncooked Macaroni

To Prepare the Cheese Sauce-
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Flour
2 Cups Milk
1 Cup Freshly Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 tbsp Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
¾ Cup Light Beer
¼ tsp Chilli Flakes
Pinch of Nutmeg
Pinch of Black Pepper
Bread Crumbs
Salt

Fresh Basil
