A survey conducted by Harris Poll on behalf of the American Psychological Association revealed that money is what people fret about the most.

This year’s survey also explored the matter of how financial concerns are impacting people’s health and the findings aren’t good.

Overall, it was discovered that nearly 90 percent of those questioned are experiencing a stress level that’s either similar to or greater than last year’s.

About three-quarters said that they’ve felt the strain in the past month, and over 25 percent admitted that their tense moments range from being frequent to constant.

Those reporting the highest levels of angst were Millennials, Gen Xers, parents, and individuals with an annual income that falls under the 50
