Here's a fresh way to prepare your healthy snacks!




Ingredients:
Apples
Assorted fruit
Skewers
Fresh lemon juice
Directions:
1. Cut 6 divots into the top of the apple
2. Slice off top of apple cutting below the divots
3. Slice out angles around the divots to create a flower shape
4. Brush with lemon juice to reduce browning
5. Using a melon Ball out apple leaving a ¼ inch of flesh with the skin
6. Brush with lemon juice to reduce browning
7. Add a skewer to the top of the apple and place in the cup
8. Add fruit to the cup and serve
