Valls criticises French intellectuals for inaction against far-right

French Prime Minister Manuel Valls criticises intellectuals for not doing more to counter the rise of the far-right, but the intellectuals strike back, saying it is the Socialist party that has marginalised them, not the other way round.
In Tunisia, there is shock over Wednesday's terrorist attack and fears that violence from neighbouring Libya could spill over and threaten one of the few success stories of the Arab Spring.
