Tales Of Tomorrow - Ice From Space (1952)

During a Congressional appropriations investigation, an Air Force rocket comes back to Earth carrying a block of ice with unusual chemical properties. Subsequently, the base commander, Major Dozier, not only must contend with the stubborn, Congressman Burns, but the ice that appears to freeze everything that comes into contact with it.
