Ahead of a last chance summit for Greece - with banks there closed for a second week and the European Central Bank warning it needs serious collateral if it's to keep pumping emergency cash the way of banks in Athens - the game may be up. On Sunday night, Tsipras claimed he had the wind in his sails after a snap referendum soundly rejected previous bailout terms. But is it now 18 against one? What if there is no deal?
