Figgy Salad

Ingredients:
• Figs
• Pecans
• Arugula
• Prosciutto
• Asparagus
• Gorgonzola
• Champagne Dressing
Steps:
1) Slice Figs
2) Slice spears off asparagus
3) Slice prosciutto into small strips
4) Add arugula to the bowl
5) Add all other mix-ins except the gorgonzola to the salad: figs, pecans, prosciutto, asparagus
6) Add to a champagne glasses
7) Drizzle champagne dressing
8) Top with gorgonzola
9) Serve
