Kick that corn dip up a notch with this SheKnows food how-to!



Ingredients:
• 1 canned corn
• 4 chopped Green and Hatch chilies
• 8 oz. sour cream
• 16 oz. cream cheese (Possible Omit or reduce amount to make healthier)
• 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
• ½ cup black beans
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
• ½ small onion chopped
• 2 garlic cloves chopped
• ¼ tsp. turmeric
• Tapatío
• Fresh cilantro for garnish
• Chopped bacon for garnish
Instructions:
1. In stand mixer combine 8 oz. sour cream & 16 oz. cream cheese
2. Add 1 can of corn, chopped chilies, 1 cup of shredded pepper jack, ½ cup of black beans
3. Add Cayenne pepper, ½ small onion, chopped garlic, ¼ tsp. of Turmeric, Salt, and Pepper
4. Spread into oven safe dish
5. Bake at 350 degrees until it starts to bubble
6. Let cool
7. Top with chopped bacon and cilantro
