Ingredients (serves 3-4)
300g wheat tofu (wheat gluten/ seitan), pan-fried and shredded
1 leek, thinly sliced on the diagnal
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mushroom seasoning powder (optional)
3 lime leaves, cut into thin threads
100g Vietnamese mint (rau ram), chopped
1/2 tsp pepper

1 cây poa-rô cắt mỏng
1 ms nước cốt chanh
1 ms đường
1 mcf xì dầu
1/2 mcf muối
1/2 mcf bột nêm chay
3 lá chanh thái chỉ
100 g rau răm cắt nhỏ
1/2 mcf tiêu
