Ingredients: (serves 4)
1kg chicken chunks (eg. thigh & drumstick)
1 piece ginger (double your thumb), julienned
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced shallot
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chicken stock
3 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp sugar
1,5 cups water/chicken broth/coconut juice/coconut soda
