Ingredients
1 kg (2-3 lb) crab
3 tbsp minced garlic (10 cloves)
1 large onion, cut into wedges
Chopped coriander, spring onion
Fried shallot, red chili pepper, crushed peanuts (optional)
For the sauce:
5 tbsp tamarind liquid (50g tamarind cook with 1 cup water)
5 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp corn/tapioca starch
3 tbsp fish sauce
2/3 cup (160ml) water
