Anwar chides Deputy IGP for threatening action against rally

Opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim has chided the deputy inspector-general of police for behaving unprofessionally by threatening action if the latest Black 505 rally against alleged electoral fraud goes ahead in Kuala Lumpur without a permit.
