Pakatan promises cheaper bikes, anti-corruption incentives

Malaysians who can't afford cars could benefit from Pakatan Rakyat's plans to reduce the excise duty on motorcycles if the coalition takes Putrajaya. Opposition party PKR has also announced an incentive-driven proposal to reduce corruption and wastage in government.
