Bolivia Invites Chile to Air Grievances over Maritime Dispute

The Bolivian government has invited the Chilean Foreign Minister and a representative of The Hague to participate in an interview on state tv to talk about Chile’s position in the ongoing maritime dispute between the two countries. Last week the International Court of Justice at The Hague ruled that it has jurisdiction over the case, in which Bolivia wants unfettered access to the Pacific Ocean. The ICJ decision disappointed Chile, which had hoped the case would be dropped. teleSUR
