Billy was Hanging with Ivy Mix, co-owner of Leyenda along with Julie Reiner, in Brooklyn New York, mixing up the Rey de León cocktail, a spicy take on the classic Daiquiri.
Recipe:
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz watermelon syrup
3/4 Ancho Reyes Ancho Chile Liqueur:
1 oz Flor de Caña 4 Year:
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Double strain into a cocktail coupe rimmed with sugar, salt and ground pink pepper corn.
