Aamla: Half cup
Sikakai: Half cup
Methi ke beej: 2 big spoon
Lemon ke chilkay: 4 sookhay hue

In tmam cheezo ko pees lein or safoof bana lein. Ye safoof garam pani mein half hour ke liye bhigo dein. Or phir sar par lagayen taqreeban 5 minute baad sar dho lein. Is se baal lambay, ghane hongay or baal girna bhi band ho jayengay.
