Learn how to make Kalakhand , an easy sweets recipe by Ruchi Bharani
Sweets are integral part of all the festivals and Diwali is no exception. So during this Diwali, treat your guest and yourself with delicious Indian Sweet Kalakhand and make your Diwali memorable.
Ingredients:
-1 ltr of Full Fat Milk
- Pinch of Alum powder
- Grated Paneer
- 8 tbsp of sugar
- Cardamom powder
Method:
- Boil milk for 10 minutes
- Add a pinch of Alum powder and keep stirring
- Add grated paneer and mix well and cook it for a minute
- Add sugar and mix it will the water evaporates
- Turn of flame and add cardamom powder
- Garnish with almond and pistachio
