Gaza: Video Reveals Abuse of Palestinian Boy by Israeli Police

A leaked video showing Israeli police interrogating 13-year-old Ahmad Manasra has sparked international outrage. The footage shows investigators swearing and yelling at the Palestinian boy to wrest a confession from him. Human rights activist Mostafa Ibrahim charges the psychological torture that takes place in the video is a violation of conventions on the rights of children and of Israeli law itself. On October 12, Manasra and his cousin were accused of stabbing two Israelis. His cousin was shot dead and Manasra lay bleeding on the ground as Israeli soldiers watched gleefully.
